Use this form to submit an upcoming athlete appearance. If submitting
more than one, each appearance should be submitted separately. Form must
be filled out completely to be accepted. Be sure to leave a submitter contact
name and phone or email address. *Dominant team represents the most
recognizable team associated with this athlete during his or her career.

Submitted events will be included on our members calendar immediatley.
Event will be listed on our non-members calendar on our home page but details
of the event will not be revealed until the day of the event. If you would
like your event to be viewable before then, please see our listing
fees page and submit appropriate payment.

CSAC Photo Marketing
As you may know, CSAC offers its new Full Service and
Gold members their choice of previously signed 8x10's as a further incentive
to join our service. These 8x10's are gathered from signings which we have
done ourselves and from other businesses such as yours that have conducted
signings. In those cases, these businesses have provided us with several
8x10's from their signings along with advertising flyers, coupons etc.
that can be included with the photo when that photo is selected. It's just
another great marketing tool. If you would like to participate and are
planning on having photos available at your event, please forward some
along with any advertising materials you would like it to accompany. The
photos themselves cannot have any advertising on them apart from the photo
supplier or official league stamps/logos. If you will not be supplying
photos but are still interested, contact us, we may be able to provide
you with some. You will also receive credit and link, such as "Courtesy
of_________" on our photo page.
